We provide services in the field of: 

• preparation of 2D detailed designs for individual and serial orders,
• CNC thermal cutting with a plasma arc of sheets, pipes and all kinds of 2D steel and aluminum sections without a turntable (wall thickness 25mm for carbon steel, 20mm for acid-resistant steel), we can burn any pattern with a maximum format of 3000x1500mm sheet metal, on profiles and pipes with dimensions of 400x400mm and 6000mm long
• cutting flat bars, sections with a band saw,
• drilling and reaming holes
• surfacing and welding of structures using the 135 (MAG), 141 (TIG) method
• turning of rollers, steel and non-ferrous sleeves with a maximum length of 1000mm
• transport of raw materials and finished products by delivery vehicle (open box 310cm x 190cm)

We try to carry out all projects comprehensively, closely cooperating with companies dealing in sheet metal bending, sandblasting, glass glazing, hot-dip galvanizing, spraying and powder painting. Orders are priced individually to meet all the requirements of our clients. We will evaluate each order, both for the firing of a single plate and the execution of a structure weighing 1000 kg.

Our machinery stock is:

• CNC plasma burner (work table 3000x1500mm) with an accuracy of 0.2mm:
  – range of the burning thickness of structural steel is 1 ÷ 20mm
  – range of the burning thickness of stainless steels is 2 ÷ 20mm
  – 2D firing in profiles and pipes with a maximum size of 400x400mm and a length of up to 6000mm (above 3000mm, the firing program must be divided into two parts, because this is the maximum range of our machine)
• welding equipment for 135 MAG (pulsed current) and 141 TIG processes
• conventional lathe with digital readings (the maximum length of the element is 1000mm)
• band saw for cutting pipes and profiles (maximum 300x200mm)
• a delivery truck with a box-type bodywork, dimensions 3100x1900mm
